I recently upgraded to a newer router, NetGear R6250 which is not the best but it's a step up from the Belkin N300 I had previously. On the Belkin I was running TomatoUSB 1.28, on the NetGear I Immediately put FreshTomato 2020.3 on it.
Aug 10, 2012 · DD-WRT may only support 2.4GHz but the Tomato link at the bottom (Shibby's Tomato) supports both bands simultaneously as well as adding multiple SSID's (guest ID's, VLAN's, etc). DD-WRT is only used to get this ready to load Tomato. DD-WRT may have been upgraded to support dual band but I don't use it enough to really know. Sorry. Belkin is a notable organization that manufactures quality networking device, like, router, and extender. Belkin Company’s reputation for assembling quality devices is very amazing. Also, if you are going to put resources into Belkin range extender setup n300, you won’t regret your choice. After a very long break i`m back with new version of Tomato. First for ARM only but i`m working on Mipsels version too. v139 was non-public version so public release has the numer 140. Please read changelog first. It`s huge!!
